Arguments#
Required arguments#
- input
Path to input file.
- output
Path to output file.
Optional arguments#
- -i IN_WARP_TYPE, --in_warp_type IN_WARP_TYPE
Input warp type.
- -o OUT_WARP_TYPE, --out_warp_type OUT_WARP_TYPE
Output warp type.
- -t TARGET, --target TARGET
Specifies target image to calculate fsl affine over.
- -n, --invert
Invert the provided affine file.
- -v, --version
Show program’s version and exit.
- -h, --help
show this help message and exit
