Arguments#

Required arguments#

input_image: Input image.

output_image: Output image.

Optional arguments#

-l LIMITS, --limits LIMITS: Extraction limits (should be specified as ‘[x1:x2,y1:y2,z1:y2,…]’Must match the dimensions of the source image, this basically just uses numpy indexing.

-v, --version: Show program’s version and exit.

-h, --help: show this help message and exit
